What we collect through this website

When you fill in an enquiry form we collect: company name, contact person, business email, phone number (optional), country or region (optional), estimated number of devices (optional) and the message you write. We also record the page you submitted from and the time you accepted this policy.

Why we process it

To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quotation and, if you become a customer, to run the service afterwards. The legal basis is your consent given by ticking the consent box, and, for follow-up during an ongoing business relationship, our legitimate interest in responding to a business request.

Sharing and transfers

We do not sell your data. It is stored on our servers hosted in mainland China and accessed only by staff handling your enquiry. If you are located in the EU/EEA or the UK, this means your data is transferred outside those areas; we rely on your consent for that transfer and apply access control, encryption in transit and confidentiality obligations with any processor we use.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, and longer only where required by law or needed to perform a contract with you.

Your rights

You may request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, objection to processing based on legitimate interest, withdrawal of consent, and portability. Write to xchits@163.com; we respond within one month. If you are in the EU/EEA you may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
